I don't know about it first hand (so it might not be good) but I'd consider going for a Meg 225 or R26 engine swap, that way it would have a turbo that's meant to be there it'll probably be a lot cheaper than a turbo conversion.

Or you could wet & dry them, you'll need need several grades of paper + polish etc. Be sure to seal them afterwards so they stay fresh.
