on my clio at the moment they are 15" so should I get 16" or any bigger?

Seen this method around quite a lot now and I don't really get it : s is it just matte colours or can you make it look like shiny and that really confused if someone could help :P

right picked this up for £500 and want to make it a 172 replica I am only 17 so buying a ful 172 would mean insurance issues so just sticking with a replica. Firstly I want to get it Re-sprayed To Mondial blue the 172 cup clolour : NEED A SPRAY SHOP SOMEONE HELP?
