It might not be 100% FM4. But the handling is still very good and beats most, if not all, other racing games on the market and the graphics are redonkulous. This gaming is going to take up so much of my free time. I love it personally.

You'll be able to lower mate. No tuning means like, not tweaking the ride hight in inches or changing gear ratios. That sort of tuning. Tuning and Upgrading are completely differant in Forza.
