after claying you should polish / seal / wax .

plenty of lubricant , whether it's the quick detailer or shampoo mixture . break the bar into 3 pieces , use a cup of warm water to loosen the clay bar

cat back systems , prospeed and gdi do them , probably others too . you should enquire if they do one specifically for your car or if its a universal fitting . i know they do them for the RS .
