The mileage is the main factor.. condition can only go so far to inflate the price. Also the time of year is contributing. The price is too close to ph1 172s with similar mileages, imho, the insurance is not that much cheaper either.

you do get slightly less mpg with the LPG but obviously its less than half the price in the first place.
