JonC, the rs 192 sounds lovely but seems to be louder than id want from the outside of the car. But seems to be quite quiet inside the car on the video mate. Im just debating myself what i want really, wanting peoples opinions. Think i want one slightly quieter than yours mate, but its hard to...
hi there, no pic of the rear on ktec am afraid. im just looking for an exhaust that isnt loud inside the car thats all and looks better. But looking at them on youtube, the standard one seems to be the only quiet one.
i just dont like the way when you start the car it starts to rumble, was just thinking about my little girl as she likes to sleep in the car haha. But i see your point, it is puny but wanted one quite quiet and looks better. thanks a lot for the input though, you got a pic of the KTR Janspeed mate?
i got hankook v12s and think they are spot on in every day driving and are very reasonably priced but quite hard to get hold of, shortage of stock i reckon lol
hey guys, i have a 182 with a standard system, recently, think my cat fell off and was scraping the floor with it and it was so loud. Had it welded back on and he said my whole system was quite rotted and needed a new one quite soon. My question is, what do i need for a whole system? What joins...
i found if you ring about, you will find a decent price fully fitted. As a lot of places charge nearly £15 a corner to fit now which is crazy. Plus saves the hassle of moving your tyres from home to the garage. I have hankooks evo now and dont think will ever go back to Toyo-t1rs now
i think gloss black looks amazing but i think its too much black for me. going to get mine done a dark anthracite cos the standard anthracite is quite light i think
wow some lovely shots there, makes the colour look so much darker than it really is!! looks fantastic! if only mine was as good condition as that. Plus love the touch of the mirrors

I got these rears:

Pads can be bought anywhere depending what sort you fancy.
the fronts are easy to replace, but to make the rears just as easy, its best to buy the rear discs with bearings and abs. I bought mine from K-tec and have been spot on so far. They all dont have to be the same as the rears do little braking anyway, think its like 80% front, 20% back if i...
yeh some people proper tighten them to stop the engine cover rattling when driving, a lot of people just remove them as they arent really need them. And to save weight haha
its probably best to use a wrench mate, i had to grease mine before removing as they had been on for some time. and yes, only 4 bolts, two top and two bottom mate
hey mate, sure most garages will do it, they just all charge different amounts thats all, did you not track it at the garage you got your tyres fitted, should have done a deal with them ;)
looks lovely that mate, car still looks clean! your plans sound spot on! but im sure its the rear exhaust mounts that are making it hang so low, just need them replaced or check the cheap option in the guides mate to fix them.
just a quick question, anyone got these and know how they are fitted? plus is it possible to spray them? if so, is the process the same as sanding, primer, colour and lacquer. regards, thanks
