well its either you didnt have scratches in the first place (perhaps just wipe marks or something), or the nxt has indeed hidden them, that is what its supposed to do , nxt doesnt have enough cut in it to remove the marks

was it NXT wax, if so i doubt its removed them, but it will have sealed/filled them, so they will be hidden

what accident officer ;) oh and yeh, its there fault for not allowing enough space between them and the car in front, in case of such situations:) (driving without due care and attention,them not you)
