right.. my girlfriends in a lot of trouble as she emptied the recycle bin on her dads computer and in there was some important documents to do with his work. is there anyway of retrieving these files?? i dont think they get properly deleted from the hard drive when you 'empty the bin' do they??

ive currently got this turtle wax gel stuff its ok but doesnt seem to last that long, and if you get it on the paint it makes it look all greasy etc.. whats the best make stuff to use? is it aerosol spray? gel? liquid bottle spray stuff?
