Sneak preview of my freshly painted dash strips
I also learnt a lesson.....don't draw comedy c***s on your mates van then ask him to paint something for you haha
Looks like the drivers one needs painting again haha
2 opposite ends of the scale in my experience haha
I've got a milltek and it's not raspy at all. It's relatively quiet until you put your foot down; then it's a quite deep noise.
Yozza on the other hand.....baaaaaaaaaarp haha
Cheers mate!
Think it was about a tenner delivered. Tidys it up loads!!
Gutted about the wiper...got it sorted?
Alcantara bits were about £80 all in i recon. Austin's a nice guy though so if you're interested give him a shout ;)
I'm curious how long they'll last as well haha
They've...
Would i apply the products i posted above in that order?
They are what i have so i will try with them first, before spending money on more products.
Thanks
I've owned the car since the end of November 2011 and I've made a few changes subtle changes since then.
When I bought the car it was standard apart from;
Milltek cat back
'Austin-182' Alcantara A pillars and handbrake cover
K&N Apollo induction kit
Painted diamonds, bullets and Clio badge...
Milltek. It's quiet most of the time but it's quite deep when you give it some.
If you want a raspy note stay clear. If you want a subtle note then consider one.
Like you say, do your research first though! YouTube is a good resource for exhaust sounds ;)
