VW Helios wheels from a Phaeton, 19". Quite a few cars have thrown these on but none pull them off like this IMO, also the sunk look works.

I've felt a wheel wobble before, stopped, and found my wheel to be held in by two bolts that were almost wound all the way out. Since then I've been pretty careful with tightening bolts...

I don't think the arches have been flared. Just tubbed inside to get that fitment.
