+1 there mate :) I got the Gold ones first too - the bearings in them went a bit wonky and siezed up, but K-Tec replaced them for the Black set - which are awesome :approve: I got mine when I bought my coilovers

Just an update - glow plug was changed a while back. The car has been fine "so-far" :) apart from being trouble-some to start at times

Check all the wheels - ccould be a stone or twig caught, making the noise as the wheel turns

Doesn't the D40X have the AF motor? :S I thought it did for some reason. Either way, I bought mine when I owned my D40 (the basic one) and still used it a lot, so man-up and focus! ;)
