ive had the car compression tested put on the clip machine had an emissions test and they cant seem to fined where its gone i dont think its the cams causing it fred the lack of oil its had has made the cams tick/ratlle/tappy sound and its got really loud enignes only done 12k

ive had big problems with the oil in my engine dissapearing to apoint where it tottaly ran out and since then ive had a loud tickinh when acclerating and when engines under load ive been told the cams are fooked?

renault said they wont do it and didnt give me an answer im goin to have a look round see if i can find this 5-40 oil if not ill pm you for the part number and go to a different renault garage thanks for your help mate

went to renault today to get some oil but they said they dont sell it but i need to buy 5-40w oil so off i went to halfords but its diesel oil?? is that ok to use renault says it is but im not to sure
