Imo yes as it you look at the driver's side corner the pink is very light and almost silver in color if you see what i mean. I think it was a silver Vee before the shop.

Personally i would do the following. I would wash the wheels with a mix if megs gold glass and megs apc mixed 4:1 for the first time only. Then after rinsing i would clay the wheels using megs last touch as the quick detailer for a bit of lubrication. Then i would re wash the wheels only...
