I know it's difficult to judge but here are my futuras on carbontec side mounts, cobra sliders and sub frames. I can take a measurement from the roof or floor if it helps. They're lower than the standard cup seats, not sure how much though.

afaik once the new sim is activated, the old one is dead

once it's unlocked it's a sim free phone so you can swap providers without doing it again

really depends on how the paintwork has been treated IMO. I'm sure it will leave a slight colour difference, nothing a paint correction shouldn't sort though. Not gordoni blue btw, racing blue afaik

I'd pass on the ktech brakes and contact G172 on here, brembo hc discs and ds2500 pads are more than up to the job and will save you a fortune, I got them, Hel lines and SRF fluid. I also fitted new cup dampers all round and new front wishbones, pretty cheap from Wolverhampton renault on here...

Also harness manufacturers recommend they are crossed behind the seats if the points are more than 18" from the seat back. I suppose road and race regs differ though.

Inlet manifold is different too afaik, there must be other minor differences too

I wouldn't fit those, they can't make camber shims correctly, what chance top mounts?

I bought cobras, they're made for bottom mount seats but easy to adapt for side mounted.

Going by the poor quality of their shims I bought, I wouldn't take those for free! Stick to pure Motorsport ones IMO

get a seat in a bimarco futura, very comfortable and 'generous' :)

Wouldn't dream of it, it'll do wonders rubbing road dirt and dust into it.

Avoid! Mine were both stamped 0.5 degree, but they were different thicknesses and badly finished.
