Yeah just got confirmation that it was the accelerator cable. it is going to be replaced. Should pick up the car either tomorrow, depending if renault can deliver the part quick, if not, looks like tuesday... oh well, not that i really needed it this weekend anyway. gets into the artic blue...

ok 1st recovery guy couldnt get the car up to transport it as the car is too low. waiting for another recovery dude now.. long

I have no problems when changing gears, the clutch seems fine etc. when i stick it in either gear, i then dont need to press the accelertor pedal for the car to move. I started the car stationary again, and the car just high revs. ahhh :( this is the first problem ive had with the car

I am not a technical person when it comes to cars. My car has recieve a problem this morning. The rev counter shoots up as soon as i switch the car on and when i drive, i dont have to press on the accelerator pedal for the car to move forward, it does it itself. I managed to get the car back...

i want some middo work done!! :D
