one of my coil packs went in the 182... same kinda thing happened...coughing...went into limp mode...couldnt go over 35mph... you would notice if it was a coil pack that went... your car would practically shut down...mite be leads or something..?

i woke up one morning to find my cat asleep on the rear seats in the 182.. Got back late that nite so must have snuck in the car door when i was getting out the car... THANK GOD it didnt shite or anything...looked quite happy... lucky it wasnt a cup (would have been very uncomfortable)

my mates saxo done this...ahem.. the battery connections wer rusted...and the alternator couldnt re-charge the battery.... thats what happens when you have a bonnet vent, huge amount of ICE...and a saxo

Spotted in the car park at Arrochar at the bottom of the Cobbler.. I was on my way up it for a run and seen it parked up 54plate black 182... Also seen a few clios on the way back...black 1.2 with nice looking grill... Sombody must have seen me, ive been up that way everyday now...

Hypothetically of course... On a 182...if somebody gave even a small rear end shunt to the centre of the rear of the car, coming into contact with the exhausts... could this shunt the manifold, jiggering the engine..? I had a wee look under the car and the exhaust looks pretty sturdy...

Nah bugger them...as soon as i bought the car from them...my relationship with them was over... Straight over to arnold clark for everything else now...(apart from some saftey recall a yr ago) had to take it to parks for that...and they gave me a complementary vehicle check...found i had...

plus im sure the bearings make a loud whirring noise wen you turn left or right if they are jiggered... i might be wrong however..
