think most of the car is in primer interiour wise anyway so you shoulnt have to use any, degrease the whole lot and use scotchbrite on it clean again then paint. as for getting the paint do you not have a local suppier that you can buy tins of paint from?
surely if you cut a hole in it and rip out the inside it will sound really tinny ? with my 1.2 16v i cut the cat out and welded in a section of pipe. decated dervs do sound good
hi bud aint seen you around for a while, what u describe as sounding like a scoob and smelling like egg is most prob it misfiring. my 1.2 clio did this, bought a new coil and was all sorted, other things to check tho are the plugs, leads. hope you get it sorted bud !
waste of time and money. 99% of dumpvalves no mater how good leak boost anyway.just another place for a boost leak. and they sound shite ,buss doors, someone sneezing etc,
from the 1st post id say overheating . my sub does it when its really going for it, turn it down for a bit then its fine again.
if not uv prob damaged the sub
i used a peice of the old pipe to connect the 2 washers together were they meet in the wheel arch. then if your woried they might pop off put a cable tie around each one.
its most probably the bumper jet itself bud mine was doing exactly the same. got the cup blanks to replace as i was fed up of going to clean my screen and having no juice
what are the gaps like that run between the bonnet and the wings? if there basically the same id take a guess that the bonnet is twisted were did you get it from?
i understand how you feel bud. i just received a letter from the council saying about me working on my own car and they have had a complaint, i know the prick thats reported me but hes like 60+ , if i confronted him hed probably die. tbh tho aslong as you dont get irate and go sphyco on him then...
