The "Lacquer coat" as you put it just means there's a basecoat applied first (the actual colour) which drys matt then the lacquer is applied over the top to give it a gloss finish, same as 99% of cars on the road these days, nothing to worry about.

It'll be fine. It will pull a bit towards whatever side you have the 14" wheel on but it'll be fine to drive on until you get to a garage or whatever. It's illegal (or an MOT failure at least) to run two different size tyres on the same axle though so get it changed over ASAP if anything happens.

Like this a lot, the vinyl sounds s**t on paper but actually looks really good on the car, breaks up all the black well. I'm not keen on the look of that exhaust, think it would look better with a single exit, but then I don't know s**t about JDM coolness so I'm probably wrong.
