Clio 16v will be big money to insure - Try looking on line at say direct lines website which has a quote function which will give you an idea of the cost of insurance with out buying it.
I popped for the Uniroyles Rainsport 1. Supposed to grip well in the dry and even better in the wet. getting them from http://www.mytyre.netwww.mytyre.net at 46.50 per corner. Not arrived yet but i will keep you informed on how good/bad they are.

According to the review on mytyre.net on a scale of 1-6 (1 being the best) they rated for grip as 1.3 in the dry and 1.1 in the wet...
I need some new tyres and am currently thinking about changing all four corners from the conti sports. But what tyres should I go for. I do about 16-17000 miles a year so want somthing that lasts but I also want good road holding.
