I had a 1.2 16v clio. Was happy with that car. Gf's dad owns the car. Still going strong. Sold it him when i bought the 182. Managed on less cash for about the same miles in that car, so cant see how i cant manage now. Well maybe a extra 80mile. Tho the car was more economical so cant see it...
I also forgot to mention that i often am 20-30mph over the speed limit on some roads. Thats where i see 26mpg. Cant see myself sitting at 60 as when i slow down its like im parked.
So another reason to get rid. This way i blend in with mr grey, than a Racing Blue 182 with stripes. I had a...
Its not just a simple trip down the road. Its 340mile each weekend. I get paid £1200 ish a month after tax, NI, food, accom etc taken out. Thats what i have to spend a month. Spend £240 a month on loan for the car, car insurance and bike insurance is paid off. Mobile phone bill is about £40-70 a...
The 1.6 would be better, but i only owe £5200 ish on the 182 loan, not wanna pay anymore for a clio that is worth no more than £8k.
Gotta look at when the prices drop, basically im paying a future new car price.....so only losing out on the mileage already on the car. Seen one with 380 mile...
Its had issues. I bought it in Dec 04 with 11,800 on the clock. Since then its been in renault more times that ive probably been out on the beer.. Ive had many clios, and a Megane Scenic as a courtsey car. We used the megane when we went camping, the kids loved it

Went to the dealer, said i can have £8,000 p/x on a normal clio, Seen a 1.4 Expression i like up for £8495 (new shape), loads of mpg's as im sick of seeing...
He wont say, if you want the work carrying out you shall have to go through them so the workshop is not swamped with 30 phone calls a day about prices for work. Guess they are too busy to handle that amount of stuff.
Guess you would be ringing Yozzasport, then they will forward the questions...
Naa, not me. We just confirmed that mine has stripes under the ClioSport badge...
I seen a black 172 / 182 ages ago on the a1 / a19, tho it was not playing. It got off at the A19 / A167 turning.
LoL, its in the forsale bit for £9k. Its a starting price.
I owe £5200 on the car so im doing ok. Can afford it over the long haul but short term i wanna be debt free as its a right pain in the ass. Could sell the 2 bikes i own i guess to clear it all.
Right, i took a £7,500 (£240 a month) loan to be me 182 in 2004. The car is a 2004 (04) 182 with 32,000 miles on the clock in Racing Blue. Its in a ok condition, tho has a crack in the bumper from when i hit a pheasant ages ago. Not had the chance to get it fixed. Tho can be fixed for £90.
I...
I would sell the 182 for one of these, tho i do miss doing 110mph in 4th gear at the rev limiter, then putting it into 5th for a nice stable cruise on the track...
I would buy one, tho these are very very very overpriced for a clio. Dealer wanted £12,000 for a 1.4 privledge 5 door clio, had...
Erm, yea, id do it if i had a ols S reg 1.2 or something and did the Audi TT engine mod or something.
Something like a 172 Turbo engine or something with this kit on, maybe look sweet on a 3 door car. Understand the vents would be for the engine but not etc, but yea.. id do it.
Tho you can get a dump valve for a 1.1 lol...:)

Took the car for new brake pads, got them fitted, asked the mechanic to check the brake fluid to ensure it was not too high as they pushed the pistons back into place. He could not do it so i took the engine cover off and checked the level, put it back together and the bonnet would not shut...
