Why not go for some 16s with some of the new Dunlop 195/40/16s they are quite expensive but worth it if you want looks aswell as performance and practicality.

Mmmm, i have one on my Williams, when its damp it sometimes trigers itself and goes off (Clifford Dealer response - MMmm thats just a Clifford im affraid) and yes it is very sensitive, it was on the car when i bought it and i can clearly say that it would not have been my prefered choice...
Ive just had to have this done on my Williams, in the end i found a place that welded a nut on the end and spun them off with an air rachet, cost me £20 in total, or Tyre Sales said they could have done it by hammering a socket on and spinning them off that way, they wanted £25. Hope this helps...
You will be chuffed with your Magnex, i have one on my Williams and its great, not too loud just a really nice sporty roar and bit off a burble when you lift off the gas.

Stick some 18s on they look really cool on the newer shape Clios and need very little arch mods, saw a 1.2 at a show last year with some on and it looked wicked.

Yeh go for it, i have been thinking of doing it myself, just not sure if i want the hassle of painting it and putting it in etc. I would be interested to see some pics if you do it though.

Well for a start H & R dont do springs for the Williams, i tried to get some and was dissapointed, i would go for some Avo springs, they have a good reputation and they are a 25mm drop so it wont be too low and also they are only £50 for the pair.
Cheers

Griff!!
My problem: Not allways arming and disarming when i want it to, going off when it feels like for no reason at all (ie in the middle of the night) and then taking ages to reset etc, when i spoke to a place the other day about it he said "oh yeh thats just a Clifford for you" and that...
I have a set which i bought nearly 2 years ago and they are still in there box with the instructions, if you have any problems i can do you a copy if you like but they are easy to fit anyway.
