Hi, I'm currently looking at buying a 172, i've found one advertised with 38k miles on the clock and the advert says it was just serviced. Am a right in saying a service around this mileage should include a timing belt change??

spare wheels are rubbish anyway. i removed mine from my 106 long ago. tyre weld is the key. a lot of manufacturers are ditching the spare now, can't be too much wrong with it if they're doing it.
also think of the weight saving!!!
