Expensive, for a start thats an AC aux belt kit, your belt is £11, no tensioners. We do a gates timing belt kit, renault aux belt, fitted inc labour for £237.98. That does not include a water pump though!! imo, they very rarely cause any problems on the 172, we just inspect them!

Well, they SHOULD have done, but you can put the old belt back (no no). if you dont have 100% proof they did it! take it as a no!

Hmm, if it was the cam carrier leaking, they SHOULD have replaced the belts, to reseal it you have to remove it, including removing the cams and cambelt. If you have no proof they have been done, get them done again. Not worth the hassle dude, ony £400-£500 for both kits fitted inc vat.
