You didnt get a resistor did you?! There is a resistor in one of the wires, from memory you need 2 x 4 ohm resistors.
You don't need the fuse and wire, just push the resistor legs in, and tape them up, done 2 recently and both been fine!
Doddle, remove the wheel, 2 x metal pins that slide through the caliper, tap these from the outside in.
Be warned they are sometimes tight, so a bit of WD40 won't do any harm on the pins.
Then just the same as any other pad change, clean up, copper slip the backs and edges etc! :)

Some people worry to much, but what makes me chuckle is, the amount of people with clio's with airbag lights on, so in the event of an accident there is a chance there's wouldnt fire anyway!
