Yea sorry my phone defaulted to that.
For me personally its not too much of an issue, but I wouldn't mind if it was quieter.
When i get the car back i will get under and take some pics and upload them. Then we can go from their with way to quieten it down
As far as I am aware its running a new standard exhaust fitted last week by the dealer who sold it to me.
Will adding a silencer effect its performance or economy?
The exhaust on my Clio is loud, as one would expect being the engine it runs...
But my wife hates it, it gives her a headache thus she wont go in it.
Its having the Belts and Dephaser done and i get it back Monday, Is there anything I can have them do to try and silence it a bit?
Its an odd...
Yup that's the reason.
Unless he has done the clio loads of times then it may be incorrect.
It's why I took it to a garage that has clips in their family for track use.
hey
So Garage said my heating issue isnt down to the heater matrix but the actual control pannel.
Can i ask anyone here who as the same car, to put your heating on do you have to do the following:
Press Auto > Turn off AC > Put up temp
Then it should push out some heat?
he said it should...
It's in for the dephaser and all the belts along with water pump, oil seals and a gasket.
Will be refreshed when it's done :)
I have it back on Monday (I hope) so will have a potter down and if your in say hello.
Why?
I dont get whats so bad about it? If you can get a decent kit fitted for under £500 then i cant see any problems with using LPG i for one dont mind a small outlay and each week have less costs.
I am also intrested in adding LPG to my 172. Seems a perfect way to get a Diesels MPG on a Stupidly quick hatch :D
Can get some nice Multipoint Kits on ebay for £300.
