My G/F notcied it when she came back for the weekly shop, it could have happened at any point during the day to be honest.
It isnt down to the metal deep but is defintley below the black/gold paint as you can see the white base paint. Chips Away are coming to take a look on friday at my work...
Got a call from the G/F yesterday evening to tell me that theres a scratch on the clio! Gutted! Its about 2.5 inches long just behind the passenger door on the rear panel.
What do you guys think of Chips away? Anyone used them and any info good or bad? Dont want to loose my car for a couple of...
I saw one on the bridge which sits over the duel carriage way heading up to the Chicheley roundabout catching all the traffic comeing down the hill towards Newport Pagnell!
Blatantly just a money making position that one! How dangerous can a 2/3 mile stretch of DC be? Obvioulsy lots of...
Well , she drove it lastnight from MK to Bedford ( about 20 miles if you not a local) and only stalled it once at a roundabout, which isnt too bad as all she has driven previously is a deisel corsa and a 1.3 micra!
Scariest moment? when she said "ooh its quite rapis isnt it!" whilst driving...
Well! Pleasantly surprisedwhen I called Admiral up, only cost my and extra £59.15 to add my missus to my policy.
Needless to say she wont be taking my baby out on her own for a little while yet, need to bed her in gentley.
My girlfriend/fiance has passed her driving test this morning! Says that if she cant get insured on the 182 well have to sell it and get something else!
Im with Admiral, dop you think that 25 yr old female will bump up my premium too much?
Going up to Keswick this coming weekend for a wedding and thought I would take in a few roads and the view while Im up there.
Anyone know of any decent roads I can have a blast on?
Ok, this has been buggin me since I got my car almost 2 month ago, how do you attach the luggage net in the boot, I cant see anywhere to hook it up.
Any help appreciated.
I received mine via the post, I also got some letter about my car being registered on a security register. Anyone else have this sent through?

Noticed a "clunking" noise this morning whilst heading to work, was in traffice moving at about 20-30 mph and noticed the noise when i lift off the accelerator causing the car to jolt slightly.
Seems to be coming from the drivers side near the front.
Any ideas?
I had this on my 182 yesterday, only flashed up for about 10/20 secs havent seen it since and I havent felt any power loss.
Is it best to book it in at the dealers to be safe?
Whilst driving my 182 today noticed that what turned out to be the Emissions warning light was flashing. Id only been on the go no more than 5 minutes and noticed it after I had accelerated from about 10 mph up to 30 in order to make it through a gap. It flashed for about approx 1 min and...
I getting 32-33 mpg and about 240-260 from a tank at the moment, mixture of town driving and fast A roads. Only had it 2 weeks and coming up to 625 miles.
Hoping the fuel consumption gets better as more miles are put on the engine!
Picked up my 182 on saturday - hurrah!- and asked the sales guy, apparently theres a kit you can get from the parts department at your dealer ship. Didnt say how much though.
Going to Great Malvern this weekend, anyone know some decent roads as Ill have picked up my 182 on the saturday morning and obviously want to try it out.
Onlly reason I asked was i read about a guy in auto express that got charged when he needed to have his xenon lights on his focus changed over for driving on the continent, in the region of £200 I think!
Hope there is a lever at the back of the lights!
Has anyone taken there 172/182 over the channel? Wondering how easy it is to adjust the headlight for the driving on the wrong side.
