I don't want to put a spanner in the works but my Cup always sounds fine when started from cold. Granted it's a bit lumpy to drive for the first minute or so but noise wise it's fine.

It's a Cup. There is no divide.

It looks really obvious as thought it should simply lift out with some persuasion but I can't lift it all the way out. Is there a trick to this?

Took the Cup to Brugge a couple of years ago. Doesn't take too long to get to either.

It says QX Connect 10 AWG on it. Looking on Car Audio Direct that's thicker than most they sell !?!?!
