yeah ive cleaned it up, tried all the dif degreaser i got and it just smears. I tried a cable tie but i couldnt get it tight and the boot just slid back and forth.
Just hope theres enough meatal underneith for the clip to clap down on.
When changing my brakes noticed grease and turd everywhere, there was no clip on the boot so i rushed to the DIY shop and got a jublee clip as i thought it would be idle, But the head on the jublee clip hits a head of a nut and a lip of where the brake line go, So i have to pull the boot back a...
didnt realise how fucked my old ones were, This is the inner part of the disc and one pad actually fell to bits when taking it out.

Have you left the Axle stands on the sill jacking point?
Only ask is im going to clean my wheels this afternoon and dont know where to jack it and axle stand it other than the sill.
I know the front has that square bar but dont know about the back.
well this car was supossed to have been through its MOT in June just before i bought it. So far it needed 2 new tryes as the old 2 were perished, Front disc and pads as it was metal to metal now the gaiter.
Can you report MOT staions?
Just putting my cup spliter on and noticed grease all in the inside of the wheel, and a big boldge of grease stuck to the gaiter along the cilp.
So im asuming its split.
How much am i looking for it to be replaced? :dapprove:
