A few others I got after a drive
Please excuse that silly sticker on the front bumper - was put on at a meet for a laugh when I got the coilovers fitted :p
Hope you like :D
Well folks I thought I better throw on some updates up of the car, since my presence in the media section over the last few months has been little to none.
In other words major CS FAIL lol :slap:
As one of my centre caps had flew off a while back, I decided to go for a whole makeover on the...
Get someone with a fault code reader to clear them - a good mechanic rather than the dealers
- they will cost you a leg, then you won't even reach your clutch!
Mine is fine but I have sat in a Ph1 172 and a Trophy - both theirs were major muscle toning machines lol
YES - I admit it, we were comparing clutches at a CS meet :o
Giving this one a miss mate - as much as I'd love to get down but it would be for about an hour tops.
Where I'm coming from (other side of the world) that would make no sense at all lol
My appologies - again!
Trev
Just general photos of a group mate, even if it's only 3 or 4 people - I might get 2 people in focus and others their face is blurry :S
I usually have my Sigma 17-70mm on when I'm out & about with a bunch of scouts I take photos for.
Due to parental consent and child protection I can't...
A good prime on the D40 body might be an option for me, and have the Sigma 17-70mm on the D90?
Will obviously test/try different combos all the time now, just getting some insight what setup I should be looking at for this and similar jobs.
Just seen the price of the 24-70mm f2.8  going to have to get more bookings lol
It is an awesome lens though - had a play with one, but then it was on a D3 to be fair :p
Have a D90 with the 18-105 VR lens, Nikon "nifty fifty", a few Sigma's and a Tamron
Also have the D40 body too and SB-600 flash (which I would upgrade soon when funds allow)
The bride has seen some examples of my photos and has said they are great - has me booked lol :D
Which lens or even settings for taking shots of a group of people? :)
I get the odd lucky shot where everyone in the photo is actually in focus
- others (pics not people) I don't be so happy with lol
I've been asked to do some photos next year for a friend of a friend :)
Even if this is just a favour for a mate, I want to give it my 110% - and get the word out for my photography too
It won't be a massive wedding, just a close-family function, a few shots at the Chapel and a local country...
Should I really be asking how to cover my wee French b*tch in White stuff? :rasp:
The lance is great, the gun is MASSIVE - but I get a fair share of the foam too! :o
Has been parked at my house all night on a hill (not steep) but facing downward this time
- dipped it where I park before I go anywhere and the level is still below Min :S
lol @ Jason
Last time this happened and I did check it on level ground as above etc, I put a litre in to top up
and the bloody thing ended up about an inch over the Max marker after I drove it again.
I got this again last night at a mates - the car WAS parked on a hill for a few hours - facing upwards if it makes any difference, and wasn't a steep hill :S
Went to drive home and got the OIL------ and SERV on the dash. Pulled in at a garage halfway home to find my oil on the Min marker...
Get the wheels off the ground and check for play in the top-mounts and anything abnormal in the shaft & all the joints
If it is the rear, check your springs are seated correctly and your shocks aren't leaking
I had this too
Have my interior light cover off at the moment as it's away getting covered in CF ;)
My climate control wasn't cooling down or heating up without the regulator plugged in so I put it back in yesterday - was caked in dust so cleaned it with a small paintbrush lol
Quiet as a...
