Use them pretty much all the time around here.. some nights the fog is that thick you probably can't see no more then a foot in front of the bumper! Bad times esp with the poxy foxes we have running out in front of you!
Even when its foggy?
I understand people using them on a perfectly clear night or even day to be a show off is totally annoying! But during heavy fog I use them pretty much all the time tbh
The 1st kit with the HB3 9005 is for the Ph1 Clio that has the Dual Optic head lights, the ones that are fitted to the sports models.
The 2nd set is the ones you would require because your headlights have combination dipped and high beam..
Although it maybe worth upgrading to dual optics as...
Hey people a little advice if you may.. I been doing some spraying recently on a few parts, badges etc and for the past few days when lacquering its started to produce the 'orange peel' effect, not happy, since this has never happened before and its getting on my nerves!
I been using the same...
Arr I didn't no this.. Well.. Looks like its hard wiring FTW in this case..
Lucky Rob (Giraffe) ain't seen this yet, he will cane you for wanting fog lights! lol
Fault with the immobiliser/key? Does the red flashing light on the dash go out when you put the key in and turn it to stage 1? Mine was well on its way out, sometimes the light would go out, othertimes the light wouldn't, in the end had to get a new plip/fob key.. Have a check, as for the sensor...
I have a few times, it can be hairy due to the spacing of the pedals, the height of the pedals when pressed also cause a bit of a hoo hah, although I read someone used washers as spacers to lift the pedals as required, sounds like a good fix IMHO
That is baffling!
I had a problem like this once mind in an old car of mine, was actually the pipe that ran from the washer bottle to the rear window jet that had split while I was running some power cable.. Not sure if this could be it? Other then that I'm a little stumped
Am I right in thinking though that the loom for the fogs (not the loom that connects to both lights) is already under the bumper? I'm sure I read this not so long ago, it requires a relay and the stalk and you have a working set of fogs.. I shall see if I can dig up that post..
My bonnet on my Ph1 has a dent and as for the shift light, I think mine was replaced with a Wood Louse, as I have a dead on sitting on my dials.. Beat that for build quality!
IIRC only cars in silver (I cant remember if it was iceberg or titanium or both) made on the late 'W' and 'X' plate received the ally bonnets
P.S. I know this isn't what you was asking, but I thought I'd through that into the mix, also hoping if someone could correct me on which cars did...
Had this happen on an old Punto some years back, ended up having to get the bolt holes in the hub welded and re tapped, although that was a mega bodge tbh!
Skullcandy ones are about average, I've had 2 pairs, with I have to add broke after a few months, the cabling suck big time, currently have a set of Sennheiser in ear buds and they are awesome, the ear defender type are even better IMO
I have this, but only at lowish revs, I issolated the problem to around the airbox, have a small chip missing where to joins the end cap (probably from when the filter was changed and it got damaged), not that bothered by it mind, I kind of like the sound
Put it this way. My missus has the new N97 on Voda, She rang cus services for some advice on her bill, she was paying £45 a month, they lowered her bill, added a few extra bits for mins and pic messages etc, she now pays NO more then £40 a month and she sends more texts then anyone I know...
Have personally found Voda to have the best 3G coverage, been to many places around the UK and never had any issue, Customer services are awesome also!
I pay £35 a month and get 600 Mins, Unlimited Texts, Web, Landline calls are free too.. not to bad tbh
I know some people see 'faking' unethical, but tbh who wouldn't, I stood to loose about 3k on a car I owned a few years back after I hit a lamp post after some idiot pulled out and sped off, My lower back was shot, even to this day I still have physio on it, Through the motor insurance bureau I...
Haha.. Darn.. Well I guess some more sanding won't harm! I must of gone through about 10 sheets of each 250 - 1500 grit in the past month!
Cheers for your help mate
I'm lazy, plus I'm looking for something that will get it right back, from what I can tell they been painted at least 2 - 3 times, I'm fed up with sanding bits tbh :rasp:
