Also saw you on monday heading towards warwick in the traffic
Well they do up but the head is only a 17mm. They just don't sit properly in the wheels and i would just feel better if i could get some the same size as originals.
Hi, i recently bought some 15mm hubcentric spacers and the bolts supplied with them are the right length and thread, but the head is too small and so dont fit in the wheels properly.
So i need some bolts the same but 15mm longer, does anyone know a good place to get them as none of my local...
At the bike night...there was a yellow R27 already parked up when i got there.
A black 182 came in a little while later...
and then a blue 172 cup (with turini's) came in after him. Number plate "clio cup" lol :approve:
The 182 and 172 where parked up next to each other by the fence.
oooo, so your wurzel then. I did notice the CS sticker in the rear window ;)
Yeah i love your car, and the magazine...lol that burnt out golf was crazy!
...i've got some pics that you may like, i'll try and find them...
I was flicking through my mates issue of fast car last night and there's a mint silver PH1 172, i'm sure its ph-reebone.
Car looked mint, it has persuaded my mate to get a clio lol
P.S. sorry if i spelt your name wrong lol :o
Yeah the rears are 60.1 on mine, thats the size of the spacer i bought.
The problem is the front, i just assumed they would be the same. I wonder if they have been changed before i got the car?
I'll fetch a micrometer home tommorow
Hi, i just bought some hubcentric spacers to fit my car. They arrived yesterday so i went to fit them. I tried them on the front hub but the centre bore of the spacer is too small to fit on the hub.
But i then tried them on the rear and they fitted perfectly.
I assumed that the hubs would be the...
Its the standard cover that has been fiberglassed over by the look of it, he made a good job of it.
I know that you can get grommits to fit in the hole, and renault used to sell the blank covers but i dont know if you can get hold of one now. Best bet is to put it up in the wanted section.
sorry about that guys, im just not with it today lol...well it is my day off so i guess i have an excuse :o
anywhoo, i got it off and got the new plate on and it looks soo much better. Thanks for all your help guys :star:
now i don't know wether to keep it black or colour code it lol
no, i bought a cap from someone off here a while ago so thats sorted.
People say "lift up the plastic cap and undo the bolt" but i dont know what they mean and cant see any bolt :o
thanks guys, ill take a look on ebay and see what there is on there.
I wasnt sure if it would make much difference not going on track, but i guess hubcentric are better all round.
thanks again :)
I've been looking at getting some spacers to make my wheels fit the arches better but i dont know what is the best option.
Ideally i want some 10mm spacers on each wheel. I would also like hubcentric spacers, but i cant really justify spending nearly £200 on some spacers.
Is there much...
