    Yep check the spacer washers are present and refitted Rear hub nut torque is 175nm There is a good step by step guide in the guide section but you will have to become a member to see it , which is well worth it and will pay for itself in no time at all

    Welcome along mate Either try and get one that's had the cambelt done recently and properly by someone who knows what they are doing or get a few £££ knocked off I'd personally take it to one of the specialists off here who have the proper tools , knowledge and experience of doing them...

    Welcome along Use the search at top right hand corner, lots of great info on here and I'm sure will find what you need The spark plugs you want to use are the NGK platinum ones that are fitted at factory, don't bother with any others and they are pre-set

    The phase one 172 came with 15" OZ F1 wheels They are often for sale in the marketplace
