Yeah it is. As a car this would probably be 40.000£ or in that region. I paid 15.000£ for this. It is a 2007 and with 28000 miles. Car taxation is as a general rule 180% extra on the cars value. But it can vary a bit. Anyway iam well chuffed with it, it pulls very nicely.
