Sopcast is what I use. Try for ESPN, you'll hear Sky's commentary quite often (if not always), otherwise you'll get Chinese commentary. The best one is Star Sports as that is Sky pretty much, but they're not showing tonights game.

I love 2nd. Especially at the 5k kick (that some people say they don't have. 3rd is a great gear too; so looooooong. 1st is a great kick, but so is first in a lot of cars lol. 5th for me is poor, feels like I'm driving a 1.0L. OK, maybe that's gone a bit too far, but it isn't great.
