I think the all clios come with only one in. There's four holes dotted underneath the boot lid and I think only one has the clip in there.
My first thought was a drainer for the lock as sometimes they do get waterlogged
( British weather for you lol ;) )
But as mini ripper has pointed out...
I was thinking that myself although I guess they are putting it down to hours spent sorting it out, (48 working hours I think I was told) then there's the time to allow each coat to dry plus all the rest of the things needed too.
Adds up fairly quickly :dapprove:
No idea chris, Wife works in an accident repair centre and it was brought in at the beginning of the week, but the estimator decided it was a drivable write-off. Parts of the bare metal are heavily wet underneath so it looks like brake fluid went on it :(
Hehehe .. I'll be going past that on saturday, gotta go to durham services to meet KLB to get some original rear light clusters ( AT LAST!! ;) )
And then I'm scooting off to Blythe to see a friend :D
Might just take some photos of that angel too ;)
Closed induction will give you best performance as it's got cold air all the time, open air inductions will give the best noise but faulter slighty as they tend to suck in warm air too.
Get either a hillpower induction or replacement air filter in your standard air box.
I've got a K&N 57i on my...
Already gone to the scrappers.. Took it today.
It's a guy that lives in Halifax that owns it. Only a 1.2 but someone didn't take a liking to him for whatever reason.
It's fully driveable, just it needs a more or less full body respray hence the writing off part...
Is a real shame really :(
Wife's work today.
Bet the guy that owns this is not impressed one bit, not only will it cost £3,000 to put right but, because it's more than the car, They've written it off :(
Pity, nice colour too...
:(

It's probably an english pi**ed up yob.. errr, I mean tourist with a
"don't leave home without my keys" persona...
It's someone who's jealous probably as that is usually the case.
Sorry to hear that Dub.. People can't leave nothing alone
I must admit though A VW Golf TDi I once played with ate me alive at a set of lights.. User on here too ;)
( you know who you are :rasp: )
But he does have a nice remap on it too :D
Fabias vRS's are quick anyway and give them a remap and they are astonishingly fast for a 1.9 TDi, but it's the same with any car... Give it more power and play with the engine and it guzzles go-go juice for the fun of it ;)
I took my wing mirror apart in my old 172... I was overtaking a tractor on a dual lane one way/single lane the other way road, only this road is slightly curved to the left so, as I pulled out I didn't see the extra wide low-loader coming the other way :(
The tracks of the catapillar on the...
On private roads and tracks of course ;)
edit:- I must admit though after 17K on the clock, the engine is starting to wear in and loosen up now and it does feel a little nippier too :D
