I attempted to get back into this after over a month off. I got pissed off with waiting almost 15 mintues to try and get into a game..Then the lag in games was terrible :(
Shoot someone and pretty much put a full clip in and the cnut turns around and kills me with I bullet without aiming :(
Bah.
Hmm good point actually I totally forgot that..my old one had white wheels on for a about a year and it was the rears that started to yellow up..I suppose they could of been on the front of the previous owners car..I cant quite remember but I think my fronts had just poorboys on and the rears...
Only thing to be wary off is the possiblity of certain waxes causing the wheels to go a bit yellowy in colour.
I've seen a few that were quite bad due to lots of wax discolouring the wheels. The only thing I can see though is that it reacts with certain lacquers somehow as it is not very...
or you could go for 5K which should be pure white..even 6K has a slight blue tinge to it.
Edit and get them from here...Mucho Cheaper

Bring it inside and warm it up. My "magifoam" from autobrite did that and I s**t my pants...it's allright after being warmed up.
Oh and after it's been inside for a few days give it a shake..this will help mix it back up. The bits that are going lumpy are the products used to make it really...

Chris the guy that runs it is spot on and (used to anyway!) give free bags of haribo with orders...only the little bags though.
Yep as already said read some bits either on polished bliss or here/detailing world and also post up your current techniques..people can then offer advice on how (if need be) u can improve.
Reference products to use... IMO people will through LOADS of stuff at you. Me personally I usually...
I like pushing this product as its cheap...

I use this along with Poorboys on mine to aid protection.
^^^ "technically" that is kind of correct. Allright it only mentions going up to 1200 grit. Obviously the idea of using the finer is minimizing the scratches and make it easier to remove (I think??)
I have never used over 1500 grade when doing my Clio headlights...on paintwork yes but not on...
Do what I mentioned above jordi. Even a cup would do. If it runs off it's fine.
Just because it "feels funny" doesn't mean the protection isn't there.
What u may find is u actually feeling small tar spots or something and therefore claying should get rid of that.
Its not a case of "plenty on there" you could whack a whole pot of dodo juice on in one go..wont do anything to help protection other then waste product.
What are you using for polish/wax. Also when you say " I wash it every week and either polish or wax so there is deffo plenty on there." So...
Get some water in a jug and after you have dried it pour it over the bonnet like below...if it runs off its fine. Basically free running water not through a jet or whatever.
If not then your shampoo maybe stripping the wax off

A Quik Detailer may help if its not the shampoo
