Right....the first one seem to be some speaker diagnostic thing...and it plays a wee tone (kinda sounds like beeeeeeeeeb) from each speaker in the car...must be a diagnostic thing, the same as when you press the button in on the end of the stalk control on the wiper arm and turn the key...

hehe...usually helps if it is plugged into the car...tho ive not dis-connected my cd player and tried... Be patient....someone will try it...soon enough [Edited by Kiev85 on 30 September 2004 at 10:59pm]

nah ah....Go on...TRY IT...!!!! You might need speakers in the front and rear to feel the full effect..!!!

Found another wee secret thing in the clio tonight, cant remember it being posted on here before but im sure someone already knows about it so i apologise in advance... Tried this in my 182, but it should work in any clio with the STANDARD CD PLAYER FITTED... Do try this at home and tell...

The whistling wing mirror can be sorted if you cover the wee hole on the underside of the front right mirror with your finger... just means that you have to drive with your window down and your arm hanging out the window

Oh NO...ill pretend i didnt read any of that.... Id do it myself but NEED to keep the warrenty...JUST incase anything goes wrong...seems to happen a lot in new cars..

Was flicking through my manual in the clio...(a first for me) and couldnt help notice that in the diagrams for the interior car lights, it explains how to change the wee light in the front doors above the speakers. Think its called a puddle light or sumfn..? Anyway, I drive a 182, and WHY...

32.4/32.9mpg, Town driving on my "one hundred and eighty two"... wtf?? the highest i can get is 34.4mpg and thats with that PREMIUM ten pence extra fuel...SO YOU PAY FOR THE EXTRA MILAGE ANYWAY... I just stick to my crap NORMAL shell, unless im feeling in a cheap safeway/morrisons mood..!!

Every type i tried scratched my car, especially the elasticated corners when putting it on...dirt and stuff was dragged over the paintwork. I tried a lightweight one, and also a heavy duty one which apparently had the ability to "BREATH"... BOTH RUINED MY PAINTWORK dont do it..!!!
