i dont know if this is the best way of doing it but i did 800 then 1200. my wheels were done by myself before so the paint was easy to come off.

nitro mors is nasty stuff for wheels, it leaves it all lumpy (the paint that it cant strip) and makes it a pain in the backside to flatten down so might aswell just flatten it all by hand. i nitro'd 1 wheel and did the rest by hand

i went for blackcircles and they did really well! had them fitted yesterday and my car drives better!

they sell them in france for around 18 euro in the carrefour markets ( easy to find one) they also sell the michelin ones for about 50 euro iirc and they sell them in the service stations
