the only way you could get or 1.2 near as fast as a 172 is buy putting a 172 engine in it. No amount of money spent on a 1.2 engine will make the same power output as a 172.

direct line i had my first year with m8y was 1600 quid. But try liverpool and victoria and see if they do the 2 year no claims bonus for your 1st year it may be a bit more but may save you a bit of money next time around.

lol i got mine for 90 quid m8y and with that got a 90 degree red elbow an oil breather filter fink thats wot it called anyway lol, good value for the money in my opinion :) but wont do anytin else engine wise cos i did fink it was noticeable imo :)

hey up m8y i gave a pipercross induction kit on mine, it sounds pretty nice tbh. But I tagged along to a rolling road with a few of me friends a while back and the induction kit give me 4 bhp, you wont get much performance gains out of 1.2's so have one for the sound if ya get one m8y :)

any time m8y i have jst pulled me invoice out of me file the part that was needed only cost £39.32 exc vat. So if you are gd at fixing an felting you may save yourself a few bob. If ya need a part number i could get that i fink aswell m8y jst let me know. :)
