It doesn't get into the pdf at all! File extension is filename.pdf.exe with the program icon set to be the same as a pdf document. Easy really!

Yeah if you switch it off once you've been out in it (too fully charge) and check the voltage and make a note of it. Then check it again a hour or so later and it should be the same!
