Handbrake? Could be, sticking and stuff... that would explain the creek when you sit in it.
My X Reg Si 1.4 16v needs new rear shockers, but I'm saving my pennies for a full set of proper sport dampers from K-Tec.
DAMN BEING A SKINT STUDENT! GAH!
Those are the alloys that came with the car, I had to order a new one after I served for a kid and hit a kerb at about 25mph. Pocklinton's in Louth ordered a new wheel without seeing the car purely on the reg number. Meaning that those are the wheels it's meant to have.
Never ever seen an Si...
They are fitted to the MTV, the 16v, the S, Si and RSi.
However, they are a different wiring loom. Though you are in luck. K-Tec sell something very similiar: http://k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1410
Black would look best on that car though...
They're the standard Si wheels. The RSi has different wheels again. Learn your Clio's mate. lol
Michael172: if you can't get a lift with Rob and my mate can't come with I don't mind driving you around all day.
Not sure about the demon tweaks exhaust... I don't know many people with that. GDI seems to be the best bet for 172/182 'zorts. Also K-Tec (my experience with them) is darn good. And you get 5% off when you mention this forum! Can't be bad eh?

Is that Sebring straight through from Cat? Gawd, I remember all this, thankfully I binned my 1.2 in a field and got a 1.4 16v instead. Easier. lol
Considering it's a brand new engine it'd be tricky because of all the electronic gubbins all the new Renaults have.
Worth a go, but a lot easier to just buy a 1.4 or 1.6. Some tidy examples about too.
Ah, lol! Well, mine has air conditioning. But it slows the car down when on. I was flat out on the M180 and I switched the A/C on and it took 5 MPH off me, the robbing git!
The "zorst" is soon to get moved properly, the rubber mount has gone all old and crappy due to it being 7 years old in October.
Odd thing, the Clio you can see next to it is also a 1.4 16v (it's my Mum's) and it's a lot slower than mine, the only thing that's different is the exhaust. I always...
Hey there, I'm new here so I thought I might introduce myself and my little 1.4 hairdrier ;).
So there's my student mobile, can't afford anything else at the mo! lol And I know what you're thinking, the sport badge is on the wrong side, I know, I did that on purpose. :rasp:
