No, actually it isn't. It's a completely different format and standard. Their only common element is that they are both optical storage media.

^ as above, before you delete the folder, make sure you back-up anything you want, prior to doing so. Deleting things via DOS makes them bloody hard to retrieve!

Northampton Motorsport will do a proper job of setting them up, but it would cost you a bit. Any garage though with laser or infrared tracking and alignment should be able to set it up for circa £50 (with alignment too). Only the fronts are adjustable.

I run Konigsports mate, I too set the camber up "by eye" using whatever measurements I could use to get it spot on - however it wasn't possible. If you've spend a few bob on some coils, then IMO it's worth spending another £40-£100 to get the alignment/tracking and camber spot on, otherwise...

56mph is apparently the most economical speed to travel at. I got 46mpg on a 120 mile run at just less than 60...it killed me though, and my exhaust had fallen off, which is why i was going so slow lol.

It's better as it cleans your engine more so than 'normal' fuel, but don't be expecting your car to become quicker or more economical purely because of the extra RON.

Should be as empty as possible mate, but ideally you should run 2/3 tankfuls. That said, despite me also buying super-unleaded where possible, I never experience better performance/mpg noticably over bog standard diluted supermarket fuel. For me it's purely a placebo.

Sweet, didn't know you can just reflash the 360 drive for that ability...interesting indeed. Although tbh the only reason I used to chip Xbox's was to install Avalanche launcher and XBMC, made it a powerful tool. Good old Slayers disk ;)
