i've scanned through some of this post.......all i can do is offer my advice mate.......s**t happens, insurance is paid for this very reason. There is more to life than a NCB, it IS just a car, it can be fixed or replaced.....its just life mate...I'd let a decent bodyshop give it a proper going...

the pick up on the ST is fantastic! my mate has one, its an amazing car, FULL of character!

yea but it took my engineer some time to get his report done and through to me. as soon as i had my report, and had hard evidence that i am right - the evidence which Elephant asked for.........THEN i could issue them with my official letter of complaint. Yes, a lot of the time was due to me...

elephant quote me just over 1K for a 172, i'm 23, i have 3yrs no claims, 2 accidents - one non fault and one a bonus loss..........beware tho, elephant are a bit s**t at claim time, but if u ever need help with that, just ask me ;)
