they are ok for road cold. but only just.
like any of the better spec pads, heat is the only way to get them working well.
Best pad from cold i have used is the DS2500.
getting on for a race pad there.
good pad when hot, takes a while to get there.
not sure on brake dust.
Makes sure they are fully bedded in, mine werent and sliced clean in half.
there is the rear loom for the car that runs down the passenger sill, but not under it.
only wires under the passenger seat are the few that links the seat belt pre-tensions to the airbag ecu etc.
Easiest way of lifting the carpet is to pop off the inner sill panel, and pull it upo from...
i only ever spoke to prima once (well cituning, all the same tho) was at Donny one year.
They had a t/b'ed saxo lump on show, wanted some info on their kit etc, as i was ready tto buy... all i got was a 'grunt'. so thought.... f**k them!!!!
whast harsh? The comment about them being poorly finished?
Its not harsh, its fact, like aloty of GRP stuff, cheaply made and ripped from the molds.
You can get them elsewhere as said, Mark Fish Charges 100 quid a SIDE for them!
depends on grip levels too.
if you have a slick tyre, on a smooth race track, you can brake harder, and lose more speed quicker, than you could on a regular road, with road tyres.
