you MUST buy the primer boarders painted on them, its a f**king pig if you dont!
i run 3 degree of caster, 1mm toe out and 2.7-ve camber
this works great on track! but it eats tyres (from the toe)
for the road i drop to 0.45 toe in and 1.8 -ve camber
the royal purple stuff is the best out there,
what grade did you run. maybe thats what caused you issues?

could be the MAP sensor, TB or at worst the metal box has chaffed the loom above the ecu on the rear of the inlet manifold.
what year is the car, it may have re revised cover
do your bolts fit? reach to the holes? i think the one i fitted they had been lost :S
if they dont, you need a 3.5" long 7/16UNF bolt and small washer :)

yea big spacer at the back, small ones at the front. there not a great fit IMO, i had to have longer bolts made to fit the rear too.
there is no point the f-in spacers being there on the rear if they dont fit! Burps were taped to the cage lol, he had some more made which were a...
for the fluid, i use this (only need 1 ltr for the whole system)
