use a small bladed flat headed screwdriver and the metal insert on the clip lifts at one end (looks like a small wedge) if you lift one end of the metal, they should slide back to the end of the lower part of the runners. :) Pm sent P3rcy1 ;) Andi

which year is it? If its the mk2 version (1998 onwards I think) there were little clips that sit in the runners underneath the seats, if they're moved forward, the seats wont go back all the way, had a similar problem on my old 172.. Although I could just be wrong altogether... :o Andi

External mpeg encoders would be better. They are more pricey but they do the encoding for you and take the load off the CPU in your pc so the performance doesn't suffer. most are USB as well. I cant recommend any tbh as I dont have one but a friend has one and swears by it. Andi
