Sounds like chains being spun on a swing when I put my foot down. I've also felt like the car is losing a little bit of power. Also, when I switch to a gear too high, the 'jingling/crunching' sound gets a lot louder.

It looks fine fella. I have a black 172 yes. Stealth exhaust and CF splitter etc.. Proper sheep style...
