Here she is slammed on her arse!
Wrapped her rims in some fresh rubber!
f**k off!
Slammed is the worst, I'd love to see a car actually slammed to the floor by dropping a full skip ontop of the s**tbox, at least then it would be justified
Can anyone local (swansea) help me out?
i need a car moved aproximatley 5 miles on the 15/16/17 th of November.
if anyone has a trailer that I can borrow or pay for someone with a trailer or truck for beer money or a mileage rate could you help me out please?
cheers
Even a ceramic coating gally ?
my reasoning for wanting a cloth is because it takes less than half the time, and when I clay I always polish afterwards so the only downsides to it would be potentially taking more an i need to off the clear coat
3 purple monster microfibres
5l of bolt hamber auto foam
1l VP citrus pre clean
wheel woolies
Tripple.
and a snow foam lance for my mate.
gonna get an ADS clay cloth too
Yeah, maybe I should mention it on DW lol.
ive given up with mine now though, it doesn't sheet or bead like it should but it seems to be doing something.
it is a shame it doesn't look as pretty in the rain as wax does :(
Magifoam is apparently high in alkaline.
just adds to my opinion that this coating is too fussy tbh. Suprised carport don't have a select amount of products made specifically to use with a cquartz coating
Yeah I understand that but I'm not seeing how a cloth could be so much worse than clay.
providing you de iron and tar and you use a bucket of shampoo I can't see it doing huge amounts of marring.
does the time and cost saved make it worth it?
So. Just searching DW for advice on snowfoams and I stumble across a comment
i wouldn't use magifoam on a ceramic coating such as cquartz...
thats exactly what I have been doing...
Ry I may take you up on that although ive just read a write up about hilt hammer auto foam. And it seems to work better than magifoam. And for £17 its a lot cheaper too.
why so much lube Scrooge ?
Thought a bucket of shampoo to rinse it in was sufficient?
I currently use VP citrus wash on my car and I like it, then use magifoam.
My newest order has more VP citrus wash and hyper wash, but I do clean a lot of other cars that aren't that clean, but that's always before Il be polishing and protecting them.
also clay cloth - I really want one but...
About to order hyper wash as a snowfoam.
i know I'm obsessing over this but 5 litres is a long time to be stuck wi something I possibly don't like lol.
i like magifoam, but hate the smell and isn't available on cyc. I want a change too so is hyper wash the way forward or do I get avalanche?
Happy days then, drill it change the disk and forget about it!
Only 1 car I've ever world on has ended up having them put back in because the rest of them have rounded.
ford dont even have them iirc they just have like a washer over one of the studs that holds the disk flat up against the hub
Use it diluted. Then seal them with reload or your c2v3 and just wash with shampoo regularly then.
not sure how a wax like HD would work on top of c2v3. Perhaps the more experienced will be able to help
