So how would i get them upto temp before i start the track day wat pressure should i start of at do you think it will be best to put my old tyres on the front and the michelins on the rear so i dont f**k them

iv been told its 0 for standard iv lowered my car 40mm and aint sure what i should do with the camber /tracking

so what pressure should you run when on a track day and would it be best to put my new micelin tyres on the back so i dont f**k them up already as iv just brought them

Go 40mm mate on your 1.2 you will notice the drop just put 40mm apex springs on there you will defo notice the drop 60mm will defo ruin the shocks mate

I wouldnt go 60mm mate the ride will be ruff as f**k and will end up f**king ur shocks up go 40mm.

have the standard subframes got these washers or is it in just the cobra subframes.

they do a good job but they can be really loud systems.

I think what ill do is put my new michelins on the rear as long as they dont wear and stuff the edge much then put my rear ones on the front then after ill put the michelins back onto the front and the old ones back onto the rear hopefully the michelins havnt worn much as dont want them f**ked

well iv only got enough money at the moment for 2 new front tyres was just going to put the new ones on the back then after the track day put the new ones back on the front will the backs wear more on track

Do them yourself or find someone u know who can spray what im doing my dads a sprayer so hes doin mine anthracite its alot cheaper

im going around castle combe and tis a very fast track so i think for now ill use the old frot tyres even though the outside edge is going abit slick but might swap the tyres rond so the slick part is on the inside then after the trackday put my new tyres on
