Should be fine matey. I found the red hammerite smooth really thin when i did the missuses calipers on her gti, compared to the other colours anyway.

I have a sparco one. Hasn't made a massive amount of difference, but if you spend a lot of time in the car like me, you can definately feel the benefit. As for fitting - pain in the arse - i didn't do mine had a mate do it for me (took him a good few hours), had a bit of a game with the ecu...

No worries its wiped down nicely first and i only use a very small amount :)

I do mine first thing in the morning if the weathers going to be hot. Although this week i have wiped it off every night with a QD :D
